My objective as an artist is to explore my inner and outer worlds through writing, art, and movement, and to help others explore theirs. What we discover there will deepen our creative work and our connection to each other.

Creating is a way to free the authentic self, to learn about the world, to grow and change. I encourage everyone to take a non-judgmental stance toward the creative process, so this will become possible.
